My surgeon said nothing until at least 8 weeks but I’ve had unders and do weightlifting everyday so it’s going to be the longest 8 weeks of my life ?xx
I’m gunna try an do like slow bike then iso movements on my legs and body weight movements leave out my upper half as soon as I feel better but that’s not a doctors advice at all lol that’s just me needing some form of activity so don’t take it as what you should do haha I don’t wanna be responsible for boobies popping everywhere ?Xxxx
