How many check ups??

Hi girls.
I have my consultation this week.

Just wondering.. After opp… How many check ups do you have? Just I’m from Edinburgh so wondering how often I’d need to travel up and down after opp.

@sam89xx I had my 1 week post op appointment last Friday and the nurse booked me in again for a week later. There wasn’t any issues so I’m not 100% sure why, she just changed my dressings. I thought we only had a 1 week post op appointment then another after a few months (+ more if any problems). Maybe ask your PC. It could be different with every clinic.

I’m 2 weeks post op and I’ve had 2 post op appointments and my next one is at 6 weeks.

Hi Hun after the op you have a 1 week post op then a 2 week post op then your 6 week post op all with nurse then a 12 week post op with your sugoen xx

I had a 1 week and a 6 week. And then I go back to see my surgeon at 6 months. Everyone is different. Also it depends if you have an uplift as most people seem to go back weekly if they do xx
