How much time should I book off work ?

Just wondering how much time you guys had off work PO?

I booked 2 weeks off due to my job (I work in a busy cafe ) as I work over a hot griddle and move my arms ALOT lol
But think it depends on how demanding your job is and if your ok enough to drive xx think it was around 10 days after the op that I could drive normally xx

I’ve booked 9 days off x

I had a week off and needed longer i ended up being off for 7 working days. I should have booked 2 weeks off.

I am one week post op and couldn’t go back to work just yet but depends what type of work you do

I’ve been told 1 week for a non strenuous job, 2 weeks for a more heavy job. I work in a hospital 13hr shifts on a ward I think I’ll probably need nearer 3 haha x

I’ve got 2 weeks off hoping that’s going to be enough x

I have an office job and have booked 2 weeks off (op is in November). I’ve basically used the last if my annual leave for it so hopefully 2 weeks will be enough. My surgeon recommended 2 weeks x

2 weeks defo. My pain hasn’t been too bad but I definitely did not feel ready to go back after a week as I was so tired and still napping through the day. Xxx

My surgeon said 1 week should be fine as I work in an office. I actually have 11 days off in total but I think I should have made it 14 as I’m still not 100% myself xx
