How soon after meeting surgeon do you pay?

Just wondering how soon after meeting the surgeon you have to pay for the procedure I’m aware that they make you wait 14 days first but do you pay straight after that? I need to arrange my loan so want to do it in plenty of time

You have up to six months to book your op so once you have booked depending on how you pay you can do it almost immediately, I saw my surgeon and paid deposit to secure the date I wanted and paid full the following week.

How much was the deposit? And did you pay that at the surgeon consultation

I paid £500 when I booked my surgery date with my PC and the balance is 56 days before your surgery xx
