How soon after surgery can I remove dressings?

So I’ve got a skin coloured adhesive band on my chest, holding my boobs together, then I’ve got the waterproof dressing that covers the incisions and under those, another dressing over the incisions. How soon after surgery can I remove any of these? Or do I keep them all on til my next appointment? My been a bit itchy and wondering if I can remove them/ if I should clean around the wounds

Leave them on until your post op appointment. The nurse will remove them for you then x
