how tight should your sports bra be after ba

Mine isn’t too tight so I made it tighter but my boobs Hurt now

I bought a 36e sports bra from M&S & it’s tight….it made my boobs tender so I’ve put my macom back on & it’s heaven – I think in the gym it’ll need to be tight but other than that you need to be comfortable x

Good question! I’m 8 days po and I feel like my sport bra is too tight, that maybe I’m stunting the growth/development ( if that makes sense or doesn’t sound stupid) Is that possible??? It’s a m&s sports bra x

it should feel supportive and comfy, but not overly tight. it shouldn’t rub your incisions or be loose xx

ha @rachel80 that is exactly what i did, after my op i lived in my macom and then switched to m&s sports bra it was so uncomfortable that i switched back it soooo nice!
@accountant84 the nurse said to me after my op aslong as you can rung your fingers through the underneath its fine x
