How to know if implant has come out of pocket

Hi Ladies

yesterday my left boob started to hurt had to take painkillers not done this since day 3 and am 3week po today, i didnt do anythgin so not sure what it is i even had it through the night and when i was walking this morning i can kind of feel the implant move i dont know if this is normal and am paranoid and i have heard of this happening i was just wondereing if anyoen can tell me how you know if the implant has moved out the pocket ?

I have an appointment on Fri with my surgeon about something else so am sure he would say then if it had but i just wanted to know for piece of mind

I had all different feelings that early on, I thought they felt bk to normal but now being 8 weeks ino they didn’t if that makes any sense x
