So I saw Dr Traynor today and was so busy thinking about sizes and shape to choose, I forgot to ask him: how would you know when implants need replacing? Was told they can last up to 10 yrs or even 25 !
Also, am concerned with silent rupture – would you have any idea if this happened? It scares me a bit!
I was finding it hard to think of everything I wanted to say lol! 🙂 thanks

Hi, I had my first implants for over 10yrs and had several mammograms & biopsies, when they were removed there was no damage to them. I was told that they don’t actually have a life span.
I had my reaugmentation for other reasons x
