HP or UHP – HELP :P

Hi Girls,
This is my first topic ,as I’m new to the forum 🙂 I need some advise on what projection should I choose. Finally after 10 years of dreaming about getting my boobs done, I booked my surgery for the 3rd of July- just over a week to go and I’m still not sure about implants size :/
I’m currently 32a, but wear 32b padded bra. My surgeon gave me 2 options- hp or uhp. He explained what is the different in overall look and that I will look natural in both projection, but I couldn’t decide. At my first consultation, I picked 340cc ultra high profile- today on my second con, I went for 375cc uhp, although I’m not 100% sure it’s the right size 🙁 Also the most important thing is – I want them to look natural – don’t like those rounded, ball looking fake boobs. That’s the reason I’m freacking out about going uhp. On the other hand hp implants look much more flatter. I wish to be a D size. Implants I could choose from : 340 / 375 UHP ,,,,, or 365 /385 HP. My breast is close to each other , so implants can’t be too wide ,as I’m trying to avoid double boob lol 😛 Also, my only option is going OVER the muscle. I am quite flat chested, but after breastfeeding twice, still have a bit of breast tissue. PLZ let me know what you think – maybe some of you has similar stats ,implants size or experience 😀 I attached pics of what I would like to get after surgery- I know everyone is different and my result will not be identical- the pics are there , just to give you idea what I wish to end up looking like 😛 THX

Hi Hun, I was very flat b4. 32a but I didn’t even fill that properly! I had 400 uhp unders on sat. Although I’m still very sore and swollen I love them! I definitely don’t have the round fake look which was my biggest fear going with uhp but I also had unders, with overs I think I probably would of had the rounded look seeing as I was very flat to begin with. I didn’t really hear a lot about uhp and was panicking but I’m soooo glad I chose them ? Hope this helps Hun xx

Thank you Jade for your reply 🙂 does it look very narrow with uhp?? I wish to have a bit of side boob after they will settle up, but i’m not sure if it’s actually possible, as uhp implants are very rounded.

No not all all, to be honest if I had Hp I think they would of been too wide for me and prob would of near enough been under my armpit lol. I’ll try to upload a pic soon ? Xx

Hi jade, at the min ive got a bit of swelling and am wearing a 34e sports bra. I think I’ll be a dd once the swelling has gone down but they honestly don’t look that big. They look like a d and really suit my frame. I don’t look out of proportion at all. I didn’t even fill a 32a properly either! I’m 5.4 and 8st 3. I’m glad I went with the 400 ? Hope this helps xx

Thanks Jade that’s a big help , I need get a sports bra so I’m thinking get a bigger one so it’s not so tight , how have you been recovery wise , I’m dreading how I’m going be lol I don’t stop , xx

Defo go up a back size! I’ve always been a 32 but have to wear the 34 at the minute. The 1st few days were
Fine, hardly any pain just a tight and achy feeling. Day 5&6 was the worst for me but I think I caught a bug aswell ? I have had a lot of swelling on 1 side but after putting Ice on it it’s really helped and I feel soooo much better so I’d defo get ice packs if I was u ? Also I was wearing a 34dd sports bra which fit fine the 1st few days but I think once the swelling came out it got too tight and I still wore that size which is what caused me pain! So get a couple of different sizes ? U will be fine tho Hun as long as u keep on top of your meds and rest. It’s really not that bad and Ull be so happy once u have ur new additions 2! When are u having ur op?? Xx

I will do I’ll get a few different sizes then just to cover , I know I’ve seen a few girls say about the ice packs , I’m excited to get them but nervous at the same time my ops on the 10th July xx

Girls do you think 375cc uhp overs will look much more fake than 400 unders??? I could always go 340cc if so or even change for high profile only.

Yh, I have seen my surgeon lol 🙂 in fact my surgery is sunday the 3rd- in 6 day and i still didn’t decide whether to go uhp or hp 😛 in my file the chosen implant size is 375cc uhp , but i worry,they will look very fake – victoria beckham like :/ especially that they will be placed over the muscle. I wish to see pics of girls going over with uhp 🙁 I’m so confused

Who did you go and see, your is before mine let me. Know how you get on, what size are you now , I don’t think they will I know a girl who’s had 425 and she only a size 8 and hers look nice not too big at all I think pictures to real life are completely different my cousins look huge on pictures and in person they aren’t big at all xx

I’m going with Mr Meleagros from Transform – I’ve watched many vlogs on youtube and have seen so many good reviews about him. He only goes over the muscle – he explained me what’s the looking like difference with over and under.

And that’s the reason I’m going over- they will look better on me- my only consern is projection
