I can't sleep!!! :(

Girls I’m finding it so hard to sleep on my back I have tried everything. What can I do? It’s impossible for me to wait weeks back sleeping when it’s so temping to sleep on my side. I can’t sleep on my back at all hense why I’m posting at 15 to 5

Have you got a V pillow Hun? I’ve just spent my first night in hospital and it is literally the bestest thing! I would also recommend some pillows underneath your thighs as I slept with the bed adjusted like this and it has been really comfy as your bum is like in a dip. Let me know

I tried it all my body is like no sleep on the side! But I just now wait till I’m so tired I am forced to sleep on back ‘x

I had to buy sleeping tablets because I couldn’t sleep on my back either. Maybe give them a go? Xo

@salwa u could try the v pillow behind u and two pillows under ur knees so u don’t slip down this is what my sis has been doing seems to help x

Tried it all ladies my body don’t like it merr! I’ll carry on force myself on my back xx:(
