Hi Girlys!
I have to share with you that i found a really great bra for post op! Its seamless so doesn’t hurt the incisions , it also puts the boobies a bit closer together to help keep them closer in place. Supportive and comfortable which doesn’t press on the sensitive areas!
They come in all different colours in the primark secret possession range for £3.
This was my second BA for corrective surgery so i can safely say Ive tried many bras and this is by far the very best!
I will upload pics on my album of it!

I almost bought one of these today but was worried it may not be supportive enough, if it works for you I will go back and get one! great advice hun 🙂 xx
Hun Im posting one now… Im wearing one at night and for a couple of hours two bras in the day for extra support when moving around… They super comfy and ive tried all the recommended types and expensive ones too on my previous BA … They were all so uncomfortable on my incisions and felt like they made them move far apart when I slept so Im really happy with this one as Ive got loads of bruising and swelling and its the only bra thats not hurting that area more…let me know how u get on with it. When’s your op? X
Thanks hun I will do- it’s this friday!! Haven’t bought any expensive ones yet just Tesco and asda ones etc as I have heard they change so much in the first few weeks that i might need to keep buying new ones. Have you tried a macom?xx
I dont like Macom! My surgeon didnt tell me i need to wear that! Honestly mine never got bigger so I didnt need to buy bigger bras… My previous BA my boobs could fit into the same sports bras as the beginning …i dont think u need to buy too many sizes! They might shape more but they don’t really get bigger…actually they look bigger with swelling but when they shape it appears bigger sometimes but its not… Speaking from experience with partial unders not overs. I’ve had both times partials! what size are you having?
Dont spend on the expensive ones just get seamless … Actually most sports bras are uncomfortable rather than that supportive i prefer seamless ….bras that u can pull up over your legs to your chest … The clip at the back can hurt when u sleeping sitting up x
Ok doke well hopefully if I get a few of those it should see me through then, don’t feel much like spending £40 on a Macom anyways lol! I am having 340cc tsx unders hun. x
I saw them and thought they would be good!, do they give you enough support during the day? can i add you? x
Yes they give enough support,i occassionally put two on to keep them closer together for a couple of hours… So comfy . You can add me calla x
boobies look great hun!, what size bra did you get? s, m, or l? x
Medium i wouldn’t be able to fit into a small and the large would be too big around my body… depends on your frame what size are you?
Thank u hun they very swollen so look wonky but better than first op
I’m a 32c size 8 at the min having around 400cc on august the 1st. literally can’t wait, ive already had to postpone surgery once so it seems like its taking forever!
Sure Sarah, will accept now if you have sent a request:) none of the bras i bought BA worked or were comfortable and non helped them stay together… The only ones that work have been the primark seamless ones i totally swear by them… They so comfy to wear instead of a bra even way after a BA:)
Ps have you had your op? X
Hey Hun! I will defo take your word for it! Defo sounds better than paying £30 for 1 loool. But no uve not had my op yet. It’s in another 5weeks… It’s totally dragging! Lol. What have you gone for this time round? Xx
