I miss exercise! Started by: Halley

    I’m only 4DPO, 5 by the time I wake up in the morning, but the lack of exercise is really starting to get to me. I feel so lazy just sitting/lying down all day and really worried about putting on weight. I know it’s best to rest and let the body heal but I’m feeling so fed up with it 🙁

    I was exactly the same I felt like a slob! I’m 12 days now and can’t do anything extreme but I walk a lot which makes me feel better. You’ve just got to think it’s only a week or two you won’t put on too much weight in that space of time and you can easily shift if again once you can start doing light exercise. I’m just trying really hard to eat healthy and not snack!
