I was offered 600 or 650cc however i am a 34 d/dd now but I do not want to develop Samastia or capsular contraction by going too big. I have breastfed my children and I have no fullness at top. Does anyone no if I go 650cc if it will be pushing it? Was anyone out there a 34 dd to start with, with no fullness then got 650 cc straight away and been without complications????? x

Hi Hun I had 600cc overs 7 months ago I was a 36c to start with and now I’m a f to be honest there’s really not much difference between 600cc 650cc about a tea spoon full difference each implant all depends on what size your after the risks you have mentions are risks that will be there no matter what size implant we choose Hun xxx

I no but I am scared of that Samastia. And samastia comes if u chose too big of an implant because it lifts the skin off middle of chest wall. Surgeon said I could go to 600 650 but he said lots of complications come with going big. He said people come back three years later complaining of back pain etc. My surgeon told me not to have the surgery which is a compliment as he said I do not need it but after breastfeeding my breasts get me down. I wish I could find a 34 d girl who went to 650 xxx

There’s one website, perhaps the mentor implant one, where you can search for pictures by before bra size.

My sugoen said the same to me Hun that I didn’t need it done he also said no one needs it done Hun I totally get the symatia thing I asked my sugoen about the complications that’s come with bigger implants and he assured me that the no bigger risk that that with smaller implants he said a good sugoen would know what would work best with the patient stats and so long as we look after them once done we shouldn’t have a problem maybe stick with the 600cc if your worried about going bigger xxx

@loveandloud It depends what you want really, if your not comfortable having a larger size cc then ask him if he could go smaller maybe 500cc they’re still quite a large implant without going too big, if you have D cup now I imagine you have plenty there to play with so you don’t need to go extra big on cc size, if you just want fullness and not really looking to increase breast size discuss this with him and remeber no surgery is risk free you have to weigh up the options and decide if it’s worth it, also these surgeons have done so many procedures they know what’s best for you and you will be in good hands, try not to overthink the risk side of things as there are risks in whatever we do in life, also if anything does go wrong you are covered for 3 years for things like capsular contracture and Samastia so don’t let the fear of the unknown stop you from what you want, I don’t think he would offer you 650 if he didn’t think your current breasts could manage them, also you’d probably need larger implant for width and to fill out any empty breast tissue you have, all I can say is do what you feel is comfortable and right for you hope you get the results you want, best of luck!
