I think i have bottoming out :( advice please girls xx

Hiya girls i had my ba back in August and have loved my boobs and the whole experience until now. Both implants seem to hang really low and are very bottom heavy with no fullness in the top ( pretty similar to how they where pre op). My scars seemed to have moved furthur up the breasts and my nipples have gone upwards. Also the implants seem to feel very lumpy and bumpy along the bottoms which i thought originally was rippling. They feel really saggy and if i lay down both implants fall to my armpits leaving a huge gap and i mean huge. Has anybody else experienced this or similar if so please let me know as any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you lovelies xxx

Hey lovely i just sent you a message :). I phoned MYA and Mr Traynor is going to see me Tues ( great excuse to see the lovely Mr T again 😉 lol). I knew the implants would sag a bit but not like this hun all the implants are in the lower part and the lumps and bumps are terrible defo something not right. I will put a pic up in a bit so you can see xx

What size dis you go for hun and were they under or over?xx

Hiya Kerry i had 345 overs. I am really trying to be brave about it but i defo know they are not right 🙁 x I am worried about what they can do to sort it and will i have to pay etc xx

Im having 385cc overs next saturday and am really concerned that something will go wrong with them, it really freaks me out when I hear this. What size did you go from and did you have alot of loose skin originally?xx

Sent you a PM Helen, you shouldn’t have to pay anything I’d have thought as I’m sure it’s one of the complications covered in the aftercare x

Yes hun they where saggy (i have one pic of the befores if you would like to add me x)was a 32B before. Arhh do you know what tho hun i have loved my new boobs and still do so don’t let posts like this put a downer on your boob journey xx even if it is bottoming out i would rather have these Dolls than the ones i had before 🙂 xx

Accept you now hun xx I haven’t put a pic up yet of the problem but if you look at the ones i do have it’s hard to notice but the nipples do sit high and fullness is in the bottom. You will be fine hun and 385 are a fab size xx

Yours look fab hun, they are alot bigger than I expected for 345CC. It makes me wonder though why he has said to me 385CC when my frame is only small. Its funny how different sizes look so different on different people.xx

I know it’s mad isn’t it how different they can be on other people !! i have just put 2 pics up of them but it’s hard to show on camera the severity of the problem xx

Hey hun, I just had a look at the picture, compared to how they were in the first few weeks/months it looks like they have sagged a bit :/ I don’t know if thats just me and how the image looks and your right your nipples look further up. I hope he can sort it out for you, keep your chin up hun. xx

Arhh thank you hun xx i just thought because i was older they would sagg more but then i read somewhere about the condition and i knew i had it especially as i can literally grab the flat side of my implants !! X

In a consultation I had with Mr Kazzazi, I asked him about bottoming out and he said it can only happen with unders…x

I don’t think you have bottomed out, it’s more ball in sock look as the implants have sagged to much. Your nipples aren’t pointing at daft angles as they would if the implant slipped out the pocket 🙁 I could be wrong though, you’re doing the right thing by going to see mr t, he will have all the answers you need.

Really hun !! oh no 🙁 i googled it and it said can happen with either it’s all to do with where the surgeon positions the placement pocket i always thought my incisions where a bit high now they have moved even higher. Arhh thanks tho chick just can’t wait to see him Tues 🙁 xx

Cheers Joannabella it was like when i first had them done i was really pleased how fast they dropped and went squishy. My nipples have never been central but now have started to notice they pop out the top of my bra !! and if i hold my boobs up i can feel the bottom of the implant hanging low XXX

P.S I can grab hold of the flat side of the implant hard to describe but i can place half my hand under the bottom where its mega lumpy and bumpy. Sorry to waffle girls trying hard not to flap 🙁 x

Hey just read this…”Bottoming out is usually seen in thin patients with very little breast tissue and skin coverage. It is more common with implants placed above the muscle, and is less common with implants placed in the total submusculofascial position (complete submuscular). The type of implant used does not have any relation to bottoming out. It can occur with smooth, textured, saline, or silicone gel implants.” So sounds like it could be that then hopefully you are covered for a correction x

Let me know what mr t says on Tuesday, and try not to worry to much, he will help. I’m sure you have sagged not bottomed out, but sagging this much so early on deffo needs a re-op covered by MYA xx

Sorry Silly Milly tried to send you private message to say thanks for adding me but can’t seem to. Ha! It is so odd asking another lady to see her topless pics but thanks. Have to say they looked lovely would be chuffed if mine turned out like that. I am a bit skinny up top and even more empty so my surgeon did explain bottoming out to me, he said he would revise it after a year so he knows how much skin to remove but it is fairly simple you just have slightly longer scar if it happens and it is free!!! So hopefully this is a small bump in your road to booby happiness! Thanks again, Jenni xxxx

Yes girls add away xx Thanks again for all your encouraging comments 🙂 i just said to one of the other girls from the start they felt bottom heavy and dropped really fast i just thought because i was older (39) that gravity would kick in but now i realise it obviously wasn’t right.
Arhh Sue hun i still love the Dolls and if i have to keep this set then that’s fine i love them 😉 don’t for one min let this but a dampner on your boob journey they will be amazing XX p.s corr yer i will do anything to see Gaz again lol can’t wait XX
