So I am a B cup and have been for my initial consultation as I would like to go to a DD. My surgeon said I am borderline of needing an uplift and he advised me to get both done together. I am feeling a bit disheartened as I didn’t know I might need an uplift and I do not really want one. This is due to expense for both and the fact it would be unlikely I could breastfeed in the future with an uplift, I was to have a child later in life.
The surgeon has said he would still do me an enlargement on its own but worn over time they might sag. After speaking to a patient coordinator from MYA about this, I was told lots of people are advised both who are classed as “borderline” for an uplift. She told me lots of women just go for the enlargement and are really happy with the results without the uplift. She sent me some before and after pics of these womens breasts and i think that they look amazing without the uplift also.
The pics she sent were only 6 week post op so I haven’t really got a true idea of how much they might drop after a year. I was wondering if anyone on here has been classed as “borderline” for uplift but just decided to go for the enlargement and if you could please give me some advise. I just don’t know what to do now.
