I want someone from head office to call me tomorow

Iv tryed to speak someone proply today ! Again again iv been passed about and one person hung up on me about my complaint , I do notttt want to speak to Julie like I stated twice already . I will be very upset tomorow I this is not dealt with and will be taking it further . Thank you
