Ice pack!!

Suffered really bad pressure pain and put a ice pack on my boobies and it’s working a dream girls xx

I’m 6 days post op and my left boob is sooo tight and sensitive! Literally my whole arm goes numb at times and it takes my breath away ? Only started yesterday! I might get some ice packs then to see if it helps xx

Defo try the ice Hunni it works wounders xxx
