ice packs?

Hey iv seen a few girls saying they use ice packs ? Where do I buy them from ? Just been unto the chemist but they didn’t know either lol. Is it something I defo need to help? Xx

I was never advised to use ice packs by the nurse my pc or surgeon. You can get them from boots x

I got them from asda pharmacy. £4 each and they are perfect. I got 3 cos you do use them alot at the Beginning. I’m 5 weeks post op and still using them from time to time if I’ve been quite active xxx

I’m nearly 5 weeks post op and iced my left one last night . Super markets as well try x

Aw thank you 🙂 I have my op on Friday so will need to nip Out and buy some in just in case.. I was in morrisons earlier and I couldn’t find any so I’ll try boots thanks xx
