Ice packs!

Hi, just trying to prepare for my op next Sunday and I can’t seem to find ice packs anywhere?! Can anyone tell me which to get and where from? Thanks x

There £1.31 each then the sleeves they go in are 66p each. I got 4 and they helped me loads! ☺️ x

I brought some gel ones from eBay that you can put in the freezer or heat in the microwave (great for back pain which I’ve had quite bad!). They were about a fiver for two xx
