Hi everyone, I’m so swollen 8 days post op now, I have had ice strapped everywhere since my op but doesn’t seem to be affecting me, is there anything else I can do for swelling?
Hi hun, have you tried taking arnica tablets? I’m one day post op and have started taking them – not sure if they will make a difference but lots of girls on here seem to say they work well so worth a go xxxx
