How much am I suppose to ice, they said as much as I can but?
I’m sorry, I’ve never heard of it ? if you mean use ice packs then it wasn’t really mentioned by my surgeon or nurse but I did use them during the first 5 days quite a bit ( 3 a day) to help with pain. It also helped alot with swelling xx
