Hi Girls,
I need some idea’s on wear I can get a good comfy support bra from for after my BA in 2 weeks. I’ve been looking around but have no idea what I’m really looking for.. Any idea’s would really help 🙂
xx
The only one I’ve been truly comfortable in is my macom and believe me I’ve given a lot of others ago. Primark, asda, tesco & m&s I’ve given them all a try and to be honest its hard to buy them before as you’ve no idea what your size will be. The macom is based on your back size so accommodates all cup sizes which is good as you newbies will obviously be swollen to begin with. They are a bit pricey but I’m still wearing mine3 weeks on. Off to take back 3 m&s ones as all to uncomfortable 🙁
if ur gonna be DD or bigger http://www.boobydoo.co.uk/sportjock-d3-sports-bra-sjd3.html
this bra is amazinggg, and like the macom u dont have to guess what cup size ul be coz it stretches from DD to G x its so supportive but sooo comfy. and it comes down low so doesnt hurt ur scars
the macom is nearly the same price and i found it pretty unsupportive :/ an after a few monthes the material went all thin and weird n wouldnt support them at all.
I was advised to try the macom.. so many people said its worked for them.. I didn’t want to end up buying loads just to get the right bra :\ Trish, do you mind me asking what size you had? I’m having 345cc from a 30c.
Thanks for the comments girls 🙂 gives a range of things to look at and try
x
Thats true what Aysha says about the macom not quite sitting right, I feel like I was always pulling mine down as it sat just underneath the incision which can be annoying, and also yes it has started to give a bit and not quite support as it did, so may be worth giving the one she suggests a go..plus she has by far bigger boobies than me and if it supports her amazing pair then it must be good!! Yeah sure add away, I had 470cc overs 3 weeks today 🙂 and am currently out growing all the various e cups I’ve brought so am off to try some more this evening. x
Hi Hayley,
I’ve literally just had my BA (well this morning) and I’m wearing the M&S zip up front one and I feel really comfortable… Although I can feel that they’re supported, I don’t feel like the bra is too tight of restricting!
Xx
I had my BA on tuesday 10th and I’m wearing the M&S zip up front style. It’s sooo comfy!! It’s not irritating my incisions or anything, and I feel perfectly supported. The only bad bit was trying to guess what size I would need (thankfully, I got it right!)
Hi
Im using marks and spencer extra support sports bra 2 pack for £32 ish. They are really good tried an asda one but it wasnt supportive enough especially after the strapping came off after day 7.

Hi Hun I’ve got the macom and wore it for the first few days until I was able to get to a shop to try some on. I’m in a M&S high impact sports bra at the minute which is VERY comfy and feels more supportive than the Macom. The macom is also very good but doesn’t feel as supportive as this. I think ill be keeping my macom for night time x
I’ve got the back fastening ones. I tried the front zip but didnt like it, atleast with the back ones you can tighten or loosen so that’s good 🙂 xx
As many other ladieshave said i believe maCom all the way. Im five weeks post op today, similar to others i have tried my fair share of others, plenty from marks and spencers, debenhams, supermarkets but none come close to my macom! xxx
Shock Absorber sports bra in debhams £37 but gone to £27 in the sale these have been amazing for my full uplift and implants I’m having my re op next week so will shocking up on few more x
