If you are diabetic

The surgeon told me I needed un uplift in one breast and refused to do anything as I am diabetic.I am on Tablets. Wish I was told at my initial consultation that this could be a possibility.So went to see the pc who took pictures.she is showing them today to another surgeon who can maybe just say that I can have implants only.Apparently there is a risk when they cut the nipple,it can be damaged.
