Thanks 🙂 had my check with the nurse today and had dressings off and steri strips put on.
I feel really good today, apart from bloating!! How’re you at the moment? Xx

I’ve been today too. Same day op same surgeon same pre op day haha!
Aww they put steri strips on you? What are they they took all mine off and didn’t put anything else on. Are u healing okay? I’m okay feel bare and fragile now no dressing on haha but I’m happy xxx

Ps my bloating is horrendous I’m like 5 month pregnant!! Haha xx

Haha oh my god I know we’ve been the same the whole way through!
Yeah I have 2 steri strips on and each then a small thin dressing over the top. I’m kinda glad I still have something covering them.. I’ve put some pics on today so you can see on there what the dressings are like 🙂 do you have to go back again? I have to next Monday, for the dressings to be removed.
Nurse said my incisions are healing really well so I’m really pleased 🙂
P.s. I know exactly what you mean about the bloating!!! It’s awful isn’t it, the nurse said today that it’s the co-codamol that’s doing it to me so I’m only taking it at night now, hopefully it’ll go down xxx

I know haha crazy. And she left mine said there healing nicely if my stitches haven’t dissolved them phone up and make appointment for next week and they will trim them or if they have go back on the 2nd of feb for my 6 week check.

She said I can shower now xxx

Anaesthetic bungs you up, and so does cocodamol. That plus the bloating is awful and I’m only 1 day PO. That’s worse than the pain from surgery haha. Your boobs look fan Kate, I was looking at the pictures. Are you happy? 🙂 xxx

Ohhhhh I still can’t shower :(!!! Good news that you can though bed you’re relieved!
Ah thanks Heather, I’m really pleased with them 🙂 still waiting for the left one to drop but I’m only a week post op so im guessing I have a while til they’re perfect! Xx

Yeah they can take up to 6 weeks can’t they! I’m only 1 day PO so I’ve got a while to go lol xxx

Awwww maybe u got a different nurse to me because she said either way I will be able to shower before seeing my insitions ..
Aww well hopefully soon hun. I just can’t wait wash my hair properly.
Finally going to the loo as normal thank god so hopefully swelling go down now the bloating xxx

Ahh never mind, I’ll just have to wait another week before showering! My mums been doing my hair for me, she used to be a hairdresser so I’m actually enjoying having my hair done by her all the time haha! Can you drive yet? I forgot to ask xx

How lucky I haven’t been able wash my hair for a week! No good trying ask my bf lol waste of time I’ll end up looking like a witch …. I haven’t drive yet but I think it’s okay to but double check …. I think i be fine to drive bit my bf is driving me around still xxx

I think I’ll ring up and ask 🙂 I’m not back to work until Monday so don’t need to drive until then anyway…

I’m getting in the shower and gladly washing my hair lucky enough my hair doesn’t go greasy for ages haha! I’ll upload picture of healing now xxx
