Im 5 months post op and still not had a check up with surgeon

Is this normal? I mean my boobs are fine im having no problems but I was expecting an appointment by now?

Did you not have you 1 week check and 6 week check? :-/ xxx

Yeah I had those but i thought we were supposed to have a final one with the surgeon?

My last one was 8 weeks with the surgeon an he discharged me! Maybe yours was the same ? Xx

You can request a 3month and 6month check if you like but it’s up to you to contact them, if everything is going well theres no real need so these apts are not mandatory x

Did you see the surgeon at your 6 week check, I think that’s the norm then you can ask to see again at 3or6 months xx
