Hi ladies!
just thought I’d write to say I had my op yesterday and it really isn’t anything to worry about! although i didn’t end up going with MYA I just want to put everyone’s mind at rest that it really isn’t as bad as you think! I had an admission time of 7am so go there and got showed to my room, had a couple of nurses come in straight away to fill out some forms then the anethetist and the dr came in at 8 and said right were going now! a few mins later a nurse came in to take me to the room where I was put to sleep and literally I was chatting away and they said I’m just going to put this mask on and I don’t even remember them putting the strap at the back of my head before I was asleep! next thing I knew I was awake in recovery and taken straight back to my room. I wasn’t in much pain and I’m still not today actually, it’s defo bareable! the only time it hurts is when I stand up and 1st start walking. Luckily my bf has been on hand to help me up and down and even slept in the chair last night with me in the hospital. I’m
at home now thankfully and keeping on top on my pain killers.
So ladies I was terrified about it but it was worse thinking about it then the actual procedure! I’m totally in love with my Boobs already and hope they don’t get much smaller!! xx
