I'm last on the list!!! :(

I got to Preston at 12pm for my admission time, been told I’m last on the list!!! I’m gutted. Has anyone been in this situation before and if so what time did you get your op and what time did you leave? Xxxxx

I was last on the list when I was in Preston. Admission was 11 and I went down at 5:10pm. Wasn’t discharged until 11pm but that was because I had a bit of a reaction to the anaesthetic. Don’t worry too much about your waiting time etc. You’ll have your new boobs by the end of the day and that’s all that really matters xx

I’m just worried as I had to get my boyfriend on my insurance and it was expiring at midnight, I live 3 hours away (I know you shouldn’t drive that far but I didn’t wanna get a hotel) but it’s all sorted now!! Just a long agonising wait with no food or water xxxx

Can you not get an extension on the insurance just incase? I nearly had to stay in overnight because of the reaction I had so may be an idea to get it extended just to cover all bases xx
