Im new and need help and advice – BA

Hi everyone. Im all new to this. Im getting a BA on 14th Jan and im having Dr.Traynor. He has recommended 410cc overs so I agreed. Im currently a 32largeA/smallB… Im around 5’4 and 8stone. I want big boobs but not like they’ve just been stuck on. Im really starting to stress about it, I see Dr.T again on the 16th cos I think im gonna change to unders. Whats everyones thoughts? People my size weight with these implants, your photos would be a great help xxx

Hi Jodie I’m booked in with Mr Traynor too but not until the 4th of March. I had my consultation with him on Monday where he offered me 3 sizes and I picked the biggest being 410 because I don’t want to get boob greed ha. He never mentioned unders or overs and it wasn’t until I tried the sizes on with Lauren that I asked and she said he hadn’t specified unders so usually as a default it would be overs. Im an A cup so I was really shocked when she said overs as I didn’t think I had enough breast tissue and I have no sagging.

The surgeon knows best I suppose and Ive only ever seen brilliant reviews on Mr Traynor so i’m not too concerned. Let me know what he says though if you don’t mind please xx

I had zero breast tissue and had very large overs, I have a very natural albeit big result! Having had both unders AND overs I would always suggest going with overs if you can get away with it, personally I found unders very uncomfy and they caused several complications. Also unders will give you some degree of muscle distortion which isn’t fun! Good luck x

That’s good to hear Kaydee, it really makes me wonder why some of us can have overs and others not. I’m quite happy about having overs as I don’t want to be too restricted with lifting weights etc when im healed and im hoping I wont be in as much pain as my friend was unders.
I was so shocked when she said overs, I kept saying I cant believe im having overs all the way home haha xx

It’s generally more about skin elasticity than anything else! They have 100% fill implants available now which reduce ripples so provided you don;t have very thin skin you’re generally a good candidate for overs 🙂 I really hated my unders, it all boils down to the fact that your breast was never meant to sit behind the muscle, it’s not a natural placement. Also with fake breasts as much as you want to look/feel totally natural it’s unrealistic, they are fake so some indications of that are just something we have to deal with ha ^_^ Good luck! x

I’ll let you know what he says and I’ll pop some photos on when they are done too. I’m gonna go down a size I think the 385cc overs are sounding the best option for me and the moderate profile and thankyou for the advice kaydee, overs sound far better by the sounds of it. Do you mind if I add you both? Xxx

Hi!!! I have my op on the 21st jan with mr Traynor and I see Lauren too. He didn’t tell me if I was having overs or unders but now I’m going to assume it’s overs :))
