hmmm ok i’m thinking of asking for 410’s then, i do have alot of skin but he said he wouldnt want to go bigger than 380 as they might show on the side abit as i’m small frame . . . .
i used to be a DD so dont think it will be a problem. do you think i’ll have to go back up to london to see Dr to discuss this? hope not!
Also i’m sooooo impatient my ba is nov 18th daycase but i’m considering spending another

I’ve no idea what size sports bras to buy! Have my pre-op on 18th November so will ask the nurse then. What sizes did you get?

I’ve heard that they really appreciate you taking pics in as gives them a good idea of what you want. That Naomi had low profiles, they look great. I love Imogen’s too, I’d love to know what she had.

What size sports bra’s will you get? I’ve got a few in different sizes, bet all of them are wrong though haha

Pre-op I’m 32C/small D. Although, I got measured in M&S yesterday and she told me I was between sizes and either 32C/D or 34B/C- very confusing! At the moment, I usually wear a 32C. When I first saw Mr Singh, I told him I wanted to go up at least 2 sizes to a DD. He asked whether I’d be upset if they turned out a bit bigger, as cup size isn’t an exact science, and I said I certainly wouldn’t complain if they were an E! So he recommended either a 410 or 460 to take me to a DD/E. I also tried 380’s but decided that the 410s looked best after trying all 3.

I want mine to look as natural as possible as well. Think I discussed this with Mr Singh but will definately talk some more about it when I see him again next month. Really don’t want to look too fake. Think I may take in a couple of pics so he knows the type of look I want and what I don’t want. I think Naomi Millbank-Smith on the MYA website looks great, really natural- may take along a pic of her! I think the surgeons really do listen to what you want and are very skilled at getting the results you’re aiming for.

Rio- great that you’ve decided! Not long to go for you now- you must be really excited:-)

Louise- good news that you have both sizes ordered:-) Mine is on 18th December. I’ve had it booked for a couple of months- wanted to wait until December to save up and also because work is quiet then so easy to take time off. Time seems to be dragging though- wish it was tomorrow!

thanks for your advice girls, i spoke to my pc and she has ordered me the 410’s i’ll see if i can have them on the day but if its litrally not possible i’ll have to go for the 380cc. i guess when you look at it like that it is not much difference in the two sizes.

what date is yours in dec? i DD/E sounds like a good size for your stats, how exciting!!

Hi Katey, I completely agree with you there. If I was an a cup I’d definitely take the biggest i was offered! What is your pre-op size? (sorry, I’ve probably asked you this before). Personally I think the 410 makes me feel more comfortable and if I remember correctly he did tell me the 460 would give me a big round fake look, not that this is necessarily a bad thing cos I know alot of girls are after that look. But another thing I need to keep in mind is that I’m not telling many people, my family in particular so I don’t want to turn up with these big bazookas up round my chin lol, but at the same time I don’t want to be constantly covering up to hide them from my mum, definitely want to look more natural. OMG I think I’ve just decided I’m having the 410’s chick! Thanks hun, you’ve helped me out there!!

Can you remember what you said to Mr Singh when you first spoke to him, like what size and look you were after? I think they work with you as much as they can and what they offer you has alot to do with how you describe what you want.

I’m going for the 410’s, although Mr Singh suggested either 410 or 460 to get the size I want (DD/E). To be honest, I agree with you and thought there was a noticable difference between the 410 and 460’s, whereas there was hardly anything between the 380 and 410’s. Although the difference between the 410 and 460 is noticable, it’s probably only an extra 1/3 cup size (if that) as only an extra 50cc, so I think they would both give the same size once they’re in.

I’m still a bit worried that I might end up too big- think we’re in the same boat there if I remember from the last time we spoke? Have you decided between the 460 and 410? I think it’s more difficult in some ways when we have some boobs to start off with. If I was completely flat now, I would probably take the biggest size I was offered!

That’s what I thought hun, I thought I thought I’d have to see Mr Adamo again re sizes but I went to see pc and she asked if I wanted her to order another size, they are able to do that if surgeon has ok’d it I suppose. Best of luck!!

Katey, did you think there was much difference between the 410 and 460? Cos I saw a huge difference in both width and projection. What are you going for? xx

I tried the 460, 410 and 380’s and found there was very little difference between the 380 and 410’s. If you think that 125-150cc is approximately 1 cup size, 30cc isn’t that much different. My worry at the moment is that I’m going to end up too big, really want to be a DD/E but not too much bigger than that!

Forgot to add before that I’m 5’4″ and 8st 11lb (size 8/10) so I’m a bit heavier than you, which is maybe why I was offered slightly bigger sizes. I would definately speak to your pc if you’re worried.

I’m sure the next 6 weeks will fly by! Mines not until December and I’m counting down already!

Where are you from Louise? I’m having Mr Adamo and I’m in Cardiff so I won’t get to see him again until my op but I’ve been in to visit my pc locally a few times to discuss implant sizes and to try them on, I even took pics of the 410 and 460 side by side!!

I’v just joined this site after having my Pre-op today, i’m 5’6, 7.5st, 32C atm, (abit empty after being 32D then having my little girl) Dr Ademo has said i should go for 380cc Over’s, i wanted to be a DD, anyone of similar stats that know the answer???
Also i’m booked in for Nov 18th and just wondering can anyone recomened a nice hotel close to Highgate??

hi there!! i had my boobs done 2 weeks ago and had 380cc overs! i was a 34b to start with! and now a good 34dd maybe bigger! with you already being a d, you will get a very good size! probably bigger than a dd! so go for it! XXXXX

He just wont do anything that looks fake thats why i had to push him for the size bigger he said they would look natural an i trust his judgement . My surgeon is mr traynor .an im booked in for 21st oct

i stayed at a hotel called swiss cottagehotel by holiday express . .bout 10 min drive away, hotels actualy in highgate were far to expensive .. . . .book online in advance into any hotel tho other wise u cud pay over the odds . . .i payed 162 fr 2 ppl fr 2 night but ppl were booking in on the day for 100 per night PER PERSON!!!
