Implant moving towards my armpit??

Hey I’m 4 months post op, really happy with my size… I had 295cc moderate plus, anatomical unders. Now measuring a 30F from a very tiny 28 AA. Iv started to notice that my left breast seems to be moving towards my armpit more. This breast has dropped and fluffed more than my right so it may be because of that? I’m not sure if they will even out? Or if this is cause for concern as it shouldn’t be more in to my arm pit? Has anyone else had this? What is it and do I need to ring for an appointment even though Iv been signed off? Thankyou x

I think some people’s do sit further apart it’s nothing to worry about but if you aren’t happy with them I’d say make an appointment, you paid a lot of money you want to be happy with them xx
