Implant out of pocket?

Hi ladies, I know this a strange one but can the implant come out of the pocket its inserted into?
I had a BA in 2010 all had been fine until recently. One of my boobs feels uncomfortable and slightly bigger than the other and the when I bend down and stand back up it seems to move and feel loose. The boob also seems to sit lower slightly than the other one. Any ideas what’s wrong? Many thanks x
