I had 275cc mod profile unders in November, started exercising again end of Jan, running, yoga and some body weight and then one of my breasts started changing shape.
I went back to see my surgeon (not MYA) and he advised to not do strength exercises and tape it for a couple of months. He said it is probably the muscle pushing down the implant, but hasn’t given any advice going forward. I’m gonna see him again this Sat.
Has anyone else had this happen? Or been advised not to have unders when doing exercise?
It’s not quite double bubble, but the left just moves different to the right 🙁
