Implant size :(

My consultation went fab, very pleased with my surgeon. I need a nipple uplift due to being very tubular. he said doing this would give me the best outcome, which im happy with. Im also quite asymmterical and was told my best way to solve this would be to remove tissue down to my smaller one. which is fine im also happy with that. I know i will be symmetrical at the end. However having my breast width measured ive been told the implant size i can have is 280.
Taking me down to my smaller breast i will be a C but that will noyl take me up to a DD and thats what my big one is now and idealy i want to be bigger than that. I’d prefer more along the lines of 350. I am happy to see another surgeon but like it makes you think why will they offer didnt implant sizes. Like the implant will fit my breast bone perfectly so i shouldnt really be bigger than that should i? What is the danger of going bigger than your breast bone as i would really like ot be abit bigger. Especially as im having unders and im always used to it being my bigger breast in clothes as i fill one side i dont want to feel or actually look smaller, even more so that people say they dont look the size they measure! Helppppp

Hi hun, is that what surgeon said u will end up???? I was empty 34B. Had uplift with 265cc MP and I’m one week post op and wearing 32DD. What build r u? This size is just right for me, wouldn’t want to be any bigger as I’m only size 6-8. U can add me to have a look at the pic, if that help xxx

I am having an uplift with implants, currently a D cup but having 560 implants! So u should b able to go bigger, my surgeon is in London, have u asked the reason why he suggested that size? Xx

He said that generally a cup size is 120-150 depending on person so 280 is just over of just below two cup sizes!:/ which is what I am now! I’m thinking I want to feel bigger and fuller and have the enjoyment or buying new bra’s and feeling like I’ve spent £5,000 to be abit bigger! Plus they look smaller apparently I don’t want to look smaller than my big one now. Was hoping to have 350-380 ish!:/ I’m 5ft3 and a size 8/10 weigh about 9stone. I am having high profile. Xx

Because he measured the sizes of my chest bone and said 280 would fit nicely so as I was a little overwhelmed and didn’t want to question him but I want bigger really! I came out very happy thinking yes I’m happy I’m getting tis fixed but hen after taking about it I’m getting boob greed before I’ve even had them done Leanne!:( xxx

Yeah I was to I could only have 415 cc coz they where under as a bigger implant would drop in time so you would need anther uplift in time I was 36d was told I would a dd but I’m an f cup at the mo so you don’t know wot your getting x

I’ve been offered 280 going from a C to a DD! I’m having my bigger reduced to ensure I’m symmetrical! I’m scared ill end up looking no bigger! I’m hoping that’ll happen to me ill end up measuring bigger and looking a little bigger than that! I just o feel happy with them and if I was offered 350-380 I’d feel abit better knowing I am more likely to go up to an E! X

Hiya I was a 30e to begin and was offered 285 but pushed for bigger had 365 and I didn’t think they would be big but they look massive. Just don’t know untill uv had it. I’m just thinking its a major improvement from before, go back and see surgeon try push for bigger, worst he can say is no. Even 300 bit better and a peace of mind all the best. Xxx

But I was told 280 would fit perfectly user he muscle so would it cause problems going bigger than my breast bone? Like I said I just don’t want my big one to go down to a C and only end up a 32DD which is no different to now!:/ would feel alot happier with around 340!:) xx

I am having overs, maybe ask to see him again? If not get more advice from a different consultant, u need to b happy as it is a lot of money! And u don’t want to put yourself thought all that and not b happy! Xx

I agree entirely, are you using MYA Leanne? I might do actually! It is alot of money and I don’t want to be wishing I had pushed to go bigger? I would be lots happier with 350!:) xx
