I would say to stick with the 375cc but ask your Dr to try out the 400cc on the day as you would rather go bigger if possible. If this is something you want to do, you might need to make sure to tell them this 2 weeks in advance – just double check with your patient co-ordinator. If you have a petite frame then definitely go high profile. I have chosen high profile for that reason as well as the fact it makes me look more curvy from the side.
When I chose my implants I did trust in my Dr implicitly, at the end of the day its his work too and he does not want a bad set of boobs to his name. I was also conscious of the possibility of stretch marks, I do not want to go too big too quickly. For that reason I chose 400cc HP – I am a B cup. I am going to ask my Dr to try the next size up on the day however and go with that if I can. I need to keep in mind that I am expected to go to a DD or E. Those are not bad sizes! So my boob greed definitely does need to be kept in check, especially since I expect to lose some weight and do not want to look top heavy. As well as asking my surgeon on the day, I am buying a bra for DD and E and filling it out with a bag of rice to wear at home and see how I feel – with me, the fantasy is sometimes better than the reality!
