implant size confusion!

Do any other pre op ladies find it confusing seeing other girls pre op stats and the implants they have been given. The more I look the more I’m confused about why I’ve been told 325cc mods are the biggest I can have and Mr kazazzi won’t budge on his decision.

I was the same mine would only go to 400cc from 34a/b size 6-8 5.3, other girls have got bigger with the same stats as me! Xx

Hi girls my own natral size I was big busted from 13years so 4 years ago I had my last child went down from GG to DD so I needed a uplift and I was told I could have 385/415 cc and that was it I got home come hear and girls with A cup they was being offered from 500-600cc which a joke af my op them implants didn’t fill me out I hated them then I got CC had a re op and had 450/385 stayed at 32G 3 time round got CC and re op I was able to have 590cc if your unsure go back and stand your ground or see anther surgeon and see wot they say after your paying xx

Hello, hope you don’t mind the add. @mush78 I’ve been told I need an uplift but I’m so scared of the scarring and not having a big enough implants to get a look I’ll be happy with, I like the round look but was told I wouldn’t achieve this. How did you find the scars? Xx

I already have implants and i wanted to go bigger and was told that I could only go 50cc bigger due to minor rippling in my left breast. That wouldn’t have made the slightest difference. I have now find a solution to the rippling and a surgeon that will give me the 590cc implants I want and also an implant that has less tendancy to ripple than what I was originally offered. My advise is to always get a 2nd and 3rd opinion xx

@mush78 first consultation I had was terrible, was told uplift but nothing about it other than I wont get the fullness back at the top of my breasts and was in there 5mins and told to go away and think about it. I then paid for a consultation with a surgeon who does conical implants that sometimes give you a lift instead of actually having to have a full lift but was told I still needed an uplift and offered 260cc overs and then at my 3rd consultation was offered 310cc overs but told again I wouldn’t get the round look I like. I’m currently an empty 34d after breastfeeding two children. I’m so confused on what to do now 🙁 xx

Mr Kazzazi said the same to me initially however I did not understand why. First he said 325cc mods then decided that would not fit and changed to 300cc mods and was adamant bigger would not fit. What I didn’t realise was before he measured me, he asked what I hoped to achieve and I said natural looking boobs DD. He said I would not achieve a DD then measured and offered 300cc tops.

However, when I researched a bit, I found out that if you tell a surgeon you want a natural look and if you Breast Width Diameter will accommodate a mod profile then that is the first choice as this will give the most natural look.

However, what a lot of us ladies mean by ‘natural’ is just that we dont want ours to look overly fake. After looking on here I found a lot of girls with hp implants had the look I wanted to achieve (the projection). Therefore, when I went to see Mr Kazzazi today and told him I was concerned mod profile would not give me the projection I wanted, he had no issue with offerring me hp and as the 300cc mod profile has a diameter of 12.6cm, the equivalent hp profile with my BWD was a 350 hp so he was happy to agree this.

My only warning was due to the lack of breast muscle at the top of my chest and around my cleavage and the profile of the implant projecting further at the top than a mod implant was that I would be at risk of feeling rippling and this may be visible when bra less and leaning forward. However, I had the same risk with mod implants anyway. As I currently have spaniels ear shapen boobs and a few stretchmarks when leaning forward, a bit of rippling is the less of 2 evils for me.

I would say go speak to him again and if you like the look of mod plus or hp implants, check out the mentor website which shows a table of sizes and diameters and suggest the implant size and profile that has a base diameter equivalent to the mod profile implant he recommended. If he says no, just ask him what the restriction is.

I was really worried about today as I didn’t want him to think I was questioning his expertise but he understood that I wanted to understand and he seemed to like the fact I was interested in knowing this.

Looking on here is confusing as people with similar stats get offered all different implants and those with the same implants can get totally different results. Either way though, you need to be happy with what you can have and it is much easier to be happy with it if you understand the reasons why.

Kelly I would definitely go and get another opinion I think you’ll need to go reasonably big to fill your current breasts out. I had exactly the same problem when I lost a lot of weight and was also left with quite empty 32dd’s. I had 420cc hp overs and after getting CC I’ve just last week got 460cc mod plus partials which already look so much better. X

From what i have seen if i was u go to a different surgeon im with dr aingh im a deflated 38b from having kids and i got offered 750/800cc for my first witch is really big but i dont nwed an uplift and thats with dr singh x hope that helps

@beakysbird don’t get me wrong…I would have loved bigger but trust Mr Kazzazi so had to change profile to get a bit bigger. I wanted to be a DD but he said I will be a big C or a D only. I am secretly hoping for a bigger result though but prepared not to be. Guess I will just be happy to have better than what I have right now lol
