Implant size reduced. With uplift?

Hi everyone. Im new to tbe forum, and hoping theres people here who have had a larger implant replaced with smaller and uplift? Im having this later this yr and just want as much advice and info i can get. My first op didnt go too good a few yrs ago with a different company and hopjng for a better outcome this time!
