Hey, congrats on your surgery date! The reason people come out different mostly is the plain reason of everyone is different. The surgeon takes so many measurements of your breasts it it would be unlikely to find someone with the exact measurements everywhere 🙂 they literally measure the gap between your breasts, the space from your nipple to the centre of your chest, nipple to the side, so many! Even though someone is (for example) a 32B bra doesn’t mean their measurements will be the same as someone with the same cup size. Also depends on the condition of your breast tissue. Some people have had children and are fairly older compared to someone who is young and has no children. There’s no right or wrong size/condition etc but these all contribute. If you tell your surgeon the look and size you was wishing to achieve he/she should be able to do what’s best for you 🙂 good luck xx
