Hey Hun, please dont worry it is completely normal, i am 6 weeks post op and still sometimes have a water sensation in there its just fluid which will go away, its not the implant its just trapped air and fluid around the implant, everytime i used to lift my right arm and lower it, it sounded like my chest farted haha and there was a certain part on my left boob if i pressed it would gurgle and i could feel the fluid moving around 🙂 its completly normal and as the weeks go by it will decrease until eventually youll forget all about it 🙂 Hope this helps happy healing xxx
