We have fully investigated the comments regarding implant types. We are currently communicating with @pinkfly7 and hope to confirm her implants today. We have subsequently investigated all other patients’ claims on this thread regarding being given the wrong implants. We can confirm that these patients (without breaching confidentiality), have received the implants which they consented to and paid for exactly. MYA’s clinical lead will now email these patients separately and the matter will be closed.
