Implants 8 years old

Hi everyone. so my implants are 8 years old this year. and I’m starting to wonder if/when they need replacing!
After 2 children my boobs arent as lovely as they used to be.
I cant remember what MYA advised about replacement….. time frames etc.
Any help?
