Hi girls, when I had my first consultation Mr Kazzazi refused to operate on me without an uplift. I then saw Mr Mounir (as I am only 25 and will be having kids in next 5 years so would prefer an uplift in future). He said he would do a two stage op – implants first and uplift when I feel that I need it. I was a particularly awkward case as I have an uneven chest wall, one ‘good’ boob and one bad (left sits lower and is bigger and nipple is the droopy one). However, I wasn’t fussy about the nipple position being different – I just wanted bigger – anything would be better than what I previously had. We decided on 450cc HP overs on the 17th Dec at Preston. Recovery has been absolutely fab with barely any pain, just limitations and discomfort. When I was searching I struggled to find pics of people who has refused the uplift so here are my pics. (Bate in mind I’m only 15 days post op so many changes ahead). Top left pic was before (awful spaniel ear boobs). Too right was 15 mins after waking up (woke up desperate for a wee, typical me, so I was straight up), middle left was 3 days after, middle right 1 week after, bottom left 10 days after and bottom right today). As you can see my nipples definitely sit lower than most and are still slightly uneven, but they’re 100x better than they were previously. My nipples seem to slowly be getting higher as the implants drop too and my surgeon was also happy and said he is ecstatic with the results and I may not need a lift. Again, I know these results are not what the norm is, but for people like me who were advised an uplift, they make me very happy, low wonky nipples and all haha, it’s the shape that I love!
Forgot to mention – I’m also a size 14 so again, not the usual candidate!
Hey sweetie I know loads of girls that should have uplift and the problems don’t start right away till about 6/12 months when then the implants have fully settled and your body easy up on them I had uplift and implants 1st then I got problems then had revisson then had problems again and last year wear I needed anther uplift which I said no not again got bigger implants instead then 5 months later the implants have drop and year on now they saggy and I’m bk to the start xx
Gosh sounds like you’ve not had it easy 🙁
I fully expect to need one in the near future but for now I am happy as Larry with my results – anything I have is better than my starting point xx
Oh god hell yeah being happy is the the main thing chick xx ?
Brill that you’ve booked. Go with your instincts – if you end up needing one then like me, do it at a later date – you don’t lose anything doing it that way but may be happy without 🙂 thanks love, I’m so happy personally as they were shocking before xxx keep me updated on yours xx
Hi Lyndsey. 2 surgeons told my daughter she needed an uplift. Mr Singh @ Mya was the 3rd who didn’t mention one. She went with Mya and it’s been 16 months now and they are still lovely. She wears her sports bra’s religiously though for constant support.

Thank you sweetie. You’re definitely my favourite haha xxx
Hi Sweetie! I loved reading this post 🙂 Especially as you’re right there really isnt much on the Internet for girls who were advised an uplift but didn’t have one and just went for implants like us 🙂 thanks for sharing xxx
Hi Huuni, yep I was advised by 3 surgeons I needed a lift but said no way! lol Ended up having 350 CC UHP Partials from a very deflated 32C and now couldn’t be happier with the results! 🙂 xx
Hey I’m having a straight aug after declining a uplift. I’m so excited but nervous about the results.
Yours look fab!
I was advised to have an uplift and refused just implants by one surgeon, I then went to Max marcellino who was lovely, he agreed I do need an uplift but said he would just do implants as long as I realise they won’t be as perfect. I can’t imagine what the will look like, it’s scary stuff!
Just go with your heart. I wasn’t in the financial position to justify it at this point, and want kids in the future so it made sense for me to wait and so far I’m happy xx
Lindsay they look great and very firm. Can’t see them sagging! Please all you others put pics on after!
Hi what are they like now?? As iv been told I will need an uplift on 1 breast..and mine are very similar.. I think one of my nappies sit 1 inch lower than my other.
Thanks Sarah
Dr fuimara said I needed an uplift and I didn’t want one so had a second opinion with Marcelino. And he said I 100% didn’t need an uplift
Hi, I am the same as you..I do not want un uplift. I was told I would need one on one breast only as difference in size similar to yours. How are your results now? Did the surgeon agree to just give you BA or did you have it and then refuse the uplift.
