Implants look small and saggy after breastfeeding

Hi all,

Had my BA about three and a half years ago, and after having baby they look bad and quite saggy. I paid a lot for the initial procedure and don’t have six grand for an uplift does anyone have experience of getting a larger implant after BF?

Also does it cost more to switch from overs to unders
