I see girls posting about ‘morning boob’ and how stiff their boobs are. I posted for advice a couple of weeks ago about the opposite problem but I’m now 4 weeks post op and my implants are still loose in their pockets. It makes me feel sick to feel them sliding around inside the pocket, when will they firm up and stay in place??
I’m still sleeping at a 45 degree angle and wear my macom bras constantly, so I really don’t understand why they don’t seem to be settling properly?
have you spoke to your nurse about any of this yet hun? i have never been able to feel mine moving about so i don’t have much advice sorry. how comes your still sleeping up? because of this?xx
@Ellie2015 yeah 2 weeks ago I rang and spoke to a use but she was really vague about it all, she did say it should go in time but I haven’t seen any other posts from girls who have had the same thing – so it’s been worrying me.
The one thing the nurse did say is to keep sleeping upright as that might help sort it, but it’s been another 2 weeks now and it’s the same :/ x
Hi abi I have this feeling too , when you get out of bed you can feel them drop ! I really dnt like it , I spoke to the nurse she said it will settle ! I’m am 3 post op too , also i have really sore nipples ! I haven’t read much on here about this ! X
Hi Abbi I have the same feeling in one of mine not to worry it’s takes time and if different for everyone, eventually scar tissue will grow around the implant to keep it in place and everyone’s body works in different ways and different times, I know what you mean tho the feeling isn’t pleasant xx
I’m glad I’m not the only one being able to feel this…it’s only in one breast though. I’m just over 2 weeks PO and it’s only the past couple of days I’ve been able to feel it. Such a weird sensation, I was adjusting my boob in my bra all the time because I didn’t know what it was at first haha! Hopefully it’s just the implants settling then xx
@paulinedodds @danni1995 @lucyhx4 thanks for your replies girls, feel muh better knowing there’s others who are going though the same thing! I was starting to really worry because I hadn’t found anything else about this on The Forum x
Hi i had this really bad in just my right breast it didnt go away until around 11 weeks post op so glad its finally gone xx
Mine are like this too.. Did any of you ever find out why? When I walk it’s like I can feel them bouncing about inside haha! Xx
I think it just takes a while for them to settle mine are totaly fine now at almost 4 months post op. Xx
@ABI
Hi,
Thats perfectly normal and it can take up to 12 weeks for implant to be fully attached…
Google stuff on net if you are in doubt…loads of sugeons have the anwser…
Good luck x
Thanks for your replies everyone! They have stopped flopping about inside the pocket now, which is a relief! X
Lisa do you mind if I add you? As I’m having my op in May and I’m thinking of having 400cc x
I have had this feeling today, only in my left.
It feels like jelly moving around inside its so odd and has been worrying me.
I’m 15days post op today.
@emmaelizabeth94 it’s horrible isn’t it! Don’t worry though, as you can tell from the comments above, it will pass 🙂 xx
