Implants or needed uplift? Pics attached

Hi, i have been researching and looking into a boob job, after having and feeding 2 children i hate my saggy boobs…. I am however a 34E currently and one is bigger then the other… I am looking to get my fullness back in the top, i like the round fake look and the idea of been able to wear nice things and not have to wear a bra haha.. but would i need an uplift? I know i need a consultation but wanted to see what you girls thought or if you was /are in same situation as me..

Hi Hun. My boobs are very similar to yours. Just a little smaller. I was an E but then lost size and fullness after weight loss. I was hoping I could just have implant surgery to fill the back up but both surgeons I saw recommended uplift and implants. I want fullness back and more cleavage and both said if I just had an implant it would sag more and I’d have to have uplift anyway. The results look incredible from what I’ve seen, there’s no way I’d be able to get full perky boobs without uplift.

Uplift and implants or just an uplift depending on what you wanted xxxx

mine are like yours i went to mya i felt like they were trying to get every penny out of me one even refused me.. i went through a private hospital and they were so shocked how id been treated, hes just putting a larger implant for me so it will fill the emptiness.. please go to a private hospital for a consultation they really are the best to go through!!!
