In between Macom bra band size

I have already bought two post-op bra from aliexpress, but the nurse told me macom is really good and supportive, so I am going to buy a Macom bra but not sure what size should I get..
I usually wear 32 but when I measured myself, I am in between 32 and 34, I am worrying if I size up and when the swollen goes down, the bra wouldn’t fit me well. Since the macom bra is really expensive I would like to find the correct size and wear it throughout my recovery. So, should I size up?
