In pain now 9 days

Is it just me but I obviously was uncomfortable first few days after ba but was ok .
Had my strapping of yesterday and am more uncomfortable now I feel like my boobs are on fire and throb .
Anyone else feel like this ?
It’s hard explaining there heavy and painful but numb .
Also when can I use palmers cream ? Xx

i didn’t have strapping so felt like this from day 1, it’s normal 🙂 i had that feeling for about 2 weeks lol xx
