in shock, ny pics of 7 day insisions pls ladies

Had my 7 day check up today and my insions shocked me the still look open to me holes and can see all stitches like a kids sewing kit! All bumpy red open wasn’t expecting that but the nurse says they are fine! It won’t let me upload pictures but if anyone can show me there’s I’m very interested in what other people’s look like! Thanks girls xxx

Here are my incisions from day 18 onward xx

Thanks lady’s I’ve had another look today and they look different maybe I was just shocked at seeing it lol xxx

Aw just had a nurse ring me she was really nice and said if they looked “puckered ” that is still normal at day 7 and that’s what it’s like but looks really different from yesterday xxxx

I couldn’t see my stitches/incisions until day 18 because I had to keep the dressing on for 2 weeks and wouldn’t dare look to take photos haha, it’s interesting how much your scars and boobs will change every day! Xx

Hey hun. Give them more time. They will heal eventually. My incisions hadn’t closed up properly by day 7, so the nurse re-dressed them and said to keep the dressings on for another couple of days. I was so scared thinking they’d get infected that I kept the dressings on until about day 18 post-op. They had closed up by the time I removed them. It felt so nice to finally take a shower on my top half, as I’d been using flannels and wipes that whole time.

Yeah they look different today to be honest but the skin along my stremum seems puffed up I can push it down I’ve seen girls that end up with one boobs where they both join together in the middle how do you know if that’s happening? Xxxx
