In so much pain!!

Girls I’m in so much pain I can’t stop crying I had my opp on Monday 🙁 what can I take and when will it stop 🙁

Hi, you need to take co-codamol 500 mg. take one every three hours at least for the first few days. No more than 8 in 24 hours.
It helped me for the first few days. After than I was able to manage one every four hours, by day 5 I was just taken one for bed and one when I got up. Not had anything other than paracetamol as and when now.

I had mine done 23rd sep 2014. Had HP 1138cc over.

Keep your support bra in place so your boobs don’t move much. And take it easy.

I was in agony straight after surgery couldnt breathe couldnt move.. i got tramadol injected and then prescribed it was like flicking a switch i was up and about feeling great within 30 mins.. keep on top of ur meds hun and use ice packs that helps.. hope ur feeling better soon xx
