In so much pain ! Need advice !!

Girls has any one got any advice for me. Had me op yesterday and I’m in so much pain, the pain relief they gave me isn’t working and my nurse told me to take ibruprofen in between the pain relief but this also isn’t working and the strapping is digging into me, can anyone give me any advice on how to help
