Incision discharge

Hi girls, I’m 4.5 weeks post, and last Friday I noticed green/yellow discharge on my bra. I called my nurse, she was very helpful and booked an appointment for me to see her on the same day. There was discharge on my bra but nothing came out when she squeezed the boob, so she sent me home with dressings , told me to keep it dry (didn’t swab), and made a follow up appointment for Wednesday just gone, Incisions were dry and discharge free at follow up app.
I’ve had consistent sharp pain that turns dull and achy on the same boob since last night, and discharge on my bra again this morning. Has anyone had similar experience? Thanks in advance girls xx

I am having a similar problem. I am 4.5 weeks po and a small part of my left incision is doing the same as i have a hole. I have seen the nurse at my local gp and she has confirmed that there is no infection in the wound and the discharge is normal. She has advised me to shower and not bath and make sure i keep the wound dry and covered but it may take upto 6 weeks to heal.

I had this past 6 weeks and thought it would never heal, but you just need to keep it clean and dry and it will close eventually.
